Brad of Garage Door Corp. came out to replace my broken garage door torsion spring and install new garage door lift cables on both sides of the door. He also adjusted the bracket that attaches the door to the opener chain drive as well as the chain drive itself.
I'm a retired 40+ year electrician and was highly impressed with Brad's knowledge, workmanship and attention to details. His work is reasonably priced and I highly recommend him if you are looking for an honest garage door installation and repair company.

Call these guys first. I called another repair company that's highly rated on this site when my garage door stopped working and they told me I needed a new one. I asked the rep if he could do something to make it workable until I scrape together the $1200 he quoted me. He said, no, you have to get a new one. I got a second opinion from GDC and the rep instantly knew what was wrong and knew it was fixable. Turns out it was just a bad circuit and in need of some oil. Works beautifully now for a great price! Lesson learned: Always get a second opinion.

I totally recommend them for garage repair. Very friendly and so professional.
They came to fix my garage torsion spring, they went the extra mile to make sure my chain on the garage door opener was adjusted right and the door sensors were working correctly. They double checked their work before they left which made me extremely satisfied. Small local but very professional business

So well done. Erik did a great job. Patient, proficient, friendly and detailed. He made the most of his time here and delivered plenty of value for the the price. While here he fixed 2 doors with different challenges. He also put a new seal on one. He adjusted and lubed everything and properly tensioned the springs. They now run perfectly. Solid work Erik.

I have used Garage Door Corporation twice and it was a pleasant experience both times. Scheduling was quick- I left Brad a voicemail and he called me back the next day (Tip* Brad take off your voicemail that you will get back in 15 minutes -your setting yourself up for failure). We were able to schedule the appointment for the next week which was sooner then I expected. Brad arrived on time, fifteen minutes early which is refreshing from a contractor. I did not shop around for prices so I do not know how it compares to other places. I liked Brad's personally and thought he was very knowledgeable on the first job I had him do so I hired him a second time. Services Forest Park
