I wish I could give Brad more stars! He understood the issue(s) with my old Genie opener and did a fine job getting it back to life. He also gave a complete explanation of the problem and unlike so many others did not try to up-sell me a product I did not need. How refreshing in this day and age to find a skilled engineer solve a problem at a fair price. Bravo!
