The entire experience went smoothly. I called on a Saturday and set up an appointment for the following Wednesday. Brad showed up as expected, and identified the problem. He had brought the replacement opener, and was able to quickly install the new opener and track. He thoroughly explained the features of the new opener took away the old one. I'll definitely use him when I need service!
